California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) is a bill that protects the Residents of California.  Any consumer that is a legal resident of California who have opted in their data to be collected, can request for their personal identifiable information to be deleted and removed.  Any data that is available to the public is not included in the CCPA.  Any data that is non-personal identifiable information is not included in the CCPA, which allows third parties for any business-related services.

If you are 16 years of age and older and decided to opt-in to collection and purchase of personal data, the data collection process is implemented.  The main purpose of collecting the data allows Keono, and all our trusted third parties, which may include advertisers, data management partners, ad agencies to utilize and transfer the data for the following reasons.  These may include data modeling, data aggregation, data targeting, measurement and metrics, data analysis, advertising and research and development of new services.  Any data profiles or lists created from the data may include email address, first and last names, postal addresses, IP address, pixel or cookie identification, unique advertising identification and other applications.
